Add reminder to rate app to main screen

Will only show if:

  • The app was installed from the Play Store or Amazon app store
  • The user has had the app installed for over a week

Tapping the X on the reminder will dismiss it for 4 days. Tapping the reminder will give now/later(4 days)/never options.
