Entering email will specific domain will cause Silence to select a pre-existing contact with an email with the same domain

- Scenario is sending to a manually entered email address (ex. "example@domain.com").
- No contact already exists with this email address, but a contact already does exist with an email of the same domain (ex. "different@domain.com").
- Instead of starting/opening a conversation with the manually entered email address (consistent with entering a manually entered phone number not in Contacts), Silence instead selects the pre-existing contact of the different email (in this ex. "different@domain.com").
