Polish translation update

G requested to merge g/silence-im:polish-translation into master

Rebased the translation file content on the English translation one and:

  • fixed some wordings,
  • added no­‑break spaces (U+00A0) after single letter conjunctions,
  • replaced U+002D with its Unicode counterparts.
