The PushContact* files should be renamed at some point, but as we're
still trying to keep upstream compatibility, they can stay like this for
now.

- Moved scripts to a subfolder of the project.
- Refactored the patch importing scripts to work with multiple commit
  SHAs.
- Refactored the build-witness script to not need gradle in the system
  path.

ContactsContract.Intents is the recommended class since API 4

Full fix may require packaging and using our own SQLite via JNI. Needs
further investigation.
